So I've had issues with some horrible customer service and management here recently. I spend a lot of money there and they've done me kinda dirty a couple times due to miscommunications between management and staff. They've fixed the issues in some ways but the way they go about it is just very unprofessional at times. Jordan was a good helper I loved what they could do how they helped me and i appreciated the hospitality
My Dispensary was always Nirvana before they closed and the people there never spoke to you sarcastically because you didn't know something or was confused . I had that experience with Summit Wellness right at the front desk . Respect the people who spend money with you because your not the only game in town there are dispensaries everywhere . Tell your workers they are at work a place of business and not at home.
I am not from the area but anytime that I am close to this place. I stop in. Hands down one of the best dispensaries that I have been to. Always have great deals , and the staff are all beautiful and extremely friendly.
