Stopped receiving emails and paper bills from them, they shut off my water. Not a problem to pay it, the company policy of this utility company with a monopoly is to send requests to a board. Oh they shut off my water for missing one payment, over $85 and then charged late fees and a reconnection fee bringing it to $140+.... This seems like extortion.
The people from Summit Water have absolutely been outstanding. Every time we have had an issue concerning the water. Summit has come out in person every time almost within an hour. Even during the holiday weekend and on their days off. This company has been absolutely outstanding. Considering all the work going on around my house I am highly impressed with their ability to be diligent and fix the issues that need to be fixed. Thank you all so much.we are happy to be your customer.
