Always good service when I come in. Staff is kind and friendly and always super helpful.
I’ve stopped using this shop unless I’m absolutely in a pinch. The shop looks very nice, welcoming and clean (thus the 3 star), however the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Any time I have attended the shop I feel as if I’m an inconvenience. If I want to browse the offerings, I’m asked several times “what do you want?” Even after I have specified that I would like to look at their book or see what they have.
