Very top heavy in management and very inefficient company runned by friends and family. Your job as an underpayed and unappreciated employee is to make money to pay for those losses and expenses, so expect to work 15hr+ days, everyday as you’ll be paying for their daily lunches, BC fishing trips, sons lifted diesel pick-ups etc.. and useless and lollygagging foremans. They do like you if they own you.
These guys are scum. They trailer is full of mud and rock. Mud and rocks fell off on a bump. Broke my sunroof and the owner told me to get lost and doesn't care that this happened. Even after I showed him pictures. That's the wrong way to do business and also against the law to travel down roads with debris on your trailer.
