If I could give 0 stars I would. My client had a referral to go to Summit and received a letter in Mychart from them on Sept 2nd they would call to schedule. We never got a call so I called them. I was told they are so behind that they would schedule him in November. Called them today after waiting over 2 months and asked when they would schedule him. Was told they probably couldn't because they are full. They could've at least called so we could get a referral somewhere else. Waiting for a return call is a joke. I wouldn't ... read more
I sit in the waiting room while my father has therapy. One of the employees that works at the desk, in my opinion, speaks louder than necessary. I can hear details of appointments, and conversations with other employees . Otherwise, no complaints!
Appreciate the help I received at Summit, a great group of professionals who always seem to go above and beyond!
