Updated review: Daughter's old IPhone 11 seemed bricked yet would "buzz." We weren't sure of our options but tried Summit Tech on June 20 because of good ratings and it wasn't too far. After some quick diagnostics, the tech claimed that a new screen was needed. We were skeptical because the phone has always been in an OtterBox case with a glass screen protector.
