Referred by a friend. Called asked about price for a test was quoted 100-200 bucks. Went in great friendly service took blood. Came back to review results, recommended I speak with my Cardiologist first before considering. I did and he said no go. Forget about it for 6 months then get a bill this weekend from AltraDX, who I don't know and never done business for 3900 bucks. READ REVIEWS FOR OTHER LOCATIONS!! Different place, same scam. Be wary of insurance/billing practices. Organization who puts the repercussions of their own poor contract negotiation on the shoulders of their customers. Gave them 10 months to help resolve an invoice I was PROMISED would be taken care of. In the end I was stuck with a $1200 notice of collections. Their only advice was in the form of a letter to customers stating their attorney advises clients to pay the bills to "...avoid additional collections efforts." I too... read more
Just a Dad in his mid 30s who thought his low energy was normal because of work and kids. I went to Summit got my blood work done and developed a plan that was tailored for my individual needs. I joined one of the Summit Rejuvenation programs. I utilized their services for a period of time. My issue is that when I canceled in Jan of 2022, they continued to charge me for an additional 10 months. In July, when I realized I was still being charged, I called to get it canceled. I had to call for 3 MONTHS to get them to cancel. I called multiple times, multiple stores. Every time I spoke with an employee, they said the issue would be resolved and I would hear back.
