I believe that Highland Park Healthcare is an absolutely wonderful place. The people that I have had contact with are absolutely overwhelming and sincere in taking care of the residents. My only problem with the facility is the infestation of the cockroaches to the degree that I am having a new sign made up for the front entrance into the facility. They are amazing, willing to go over and beyond to make accommodation for families.
Elizabeth is always warm and welcoming! She's very pleasant and always accommodating.
