I love the front desk receptionist Elizabeth week day shift she is a very hard worker
Terrible facility. My paraplegic husband had to call 911 from the facility to get someone to come to his room and take care of him. We are still getting bills from them that have already been covered.
Do NOT bring your elderly loved ones here. I toured this facility today and was appalled by what I witnessed. A nurse named Chanate was aggressively yelling at a CNA in a way that was completely unprofessional and deeply disturbing. The behavior I saw was beyond unacceptable—it showed a complete lack of respect and compassion. If this is how staff are treated in public view, I can only imagine how residents are treated behind closed doors. No one, especially the elderly, should be subjected to an environment like this.
