In my experience there, most of the staff seemed to enjoy taking advantage of their power over the students and were stuck to a very cookie-cutter way of therapy including an old fashioned belief system with religious views. They expected that the same therapy would work for everyone and would not under any circumstances be flexible to a personalized program even if it would still intergrate with their 4-stage system.
