I see Crystal for my hip and shoulder. From day one I felt better and I could move with a little more ease and less pain. She really cares and takes time to explain the exercises -- what we're doing and why. Her approach is professional and gentle. She never rushes me and really thinks through what the next exercise is that's going to benefit me for the day I'm there. She is also easy to talk with. Thank you Crystal!
The worst physical therapist experience I’ve ever had. I was treated like I’m stupid the whole entire time and he told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me without even asking me what my issues were. He said I needed to go to the gym. My insurance pays for physical therapy not a gym membership. The whole point of physical therapy for my specific issue is figuring out what movements to do to help with my pain. The quality was not commensurate to the amount charged. Poor initial evaluation. Minimal oversight during therapy. Tried to speak with management but was rebuffed. Please consider going elsewhere.
Went for bad neck pain and doctor prescribed neck massage. After telling them the first time I need to lay down not sit in a chair for a neck massage, the next time he sat me in a chair again. Then he began massaging with one hand while talking to another therapist and could have cared less about my neck. I have been through a lot of physical therapy and this was one of my worst experiences.
The PT team at the Oak Ridge site is excellent. They are efficient, caring, and take the time to get to know their patients. I have had both back and shoulder problems and only started improving after I began physical therapy. Great to have them here in Oak Ridge.
