So far, after four weeks, I am seeing some noticeable improvement in my pain level. I addition I am better able to perform the necessary exercises than when I started.
Christina is a fabulous therapist. She is clearly highly knowledgeable and can explain how and why to do exercises so I understand what I'm doing. She is also supportive and her encouragement helps me maintain my therapy activities between office visits.
The only word you need is "yes". Yes they are caring, yes, they are very well trained professionals, Yes they understand your pain and do all they can to help alleviate. Yes? they are everything above, yet, somehow, even more.
Both PT I have seen have been helping getting me on track. They have been informative, encouraging, and insightful. Highly recommend!
