I've been coming to Summit physical therapy, located at 1763 Dutch Broadway, Elmont, NY 11003, for the past two weeks for my sciatica pain. I am healing very well and feeling a lot better. Very little to no wait time. Excellent staff. Would recomend this without hesitation.
