On 4 19 2023 Donna, an operations manager professionally resolved a problem regarding the theft of funds from a small branch in Montana. She was thorough and courteous, working through the issue and hopefully the money will be returned to us and all is well.
Employees are friendly and quietly polite, but my experience with bank policy (which is obviously a management decision from somewhere "higher up") is that it must be lost somewhere in the stone age. If you go in this bank make sure the lady with the long reddish dar hair doesn't wait on you. The rest is really nice. They wouldn't cash an IRS check without an account. Walmart will for three dollars. I don't have an account there.
I go into this bank every two weeks to cash a check. They are all professional and curteous. Small town atmosphere of coarse and that's quite ok. I don't have any loans here so can't tell you about that.
