Cheldon went above and beyond helping us secure financing for a new home. This was the largest loan we have ever secured, and Cheldon helped guide us through the sometimes complicated steps. He helped clear up a blemish on my credit rating. He creatively secured a ‘bridge loan’ for us through a different financial company which allowed us to secure the financing to purchase before selling our current home and avoiding a hefty 2025 Federal tax payment.
