My agent was Lina Chang. They require an inordinate amount of paperwork to get my loan approved despite me having impeccable credit and plenty of asset. Every time I needed clarification, they treat it as an inconvenience. Also they did not give me a competitive rate. My closing almost got delayed due to their incompetence with getting the paperwork in order. One day after closing they sold the loan to Chase. I should have just went with Chase to save myself the headache.
