Lourdes is literally the best! She is one of the most amazing and kind people I know, and she is the ONLY massage therapist I ever recommend to anyone around the Edmonton area. To find an RMT with her knowledge, experience, and skills, alongside her compassionate and caring nature, is very rare. If you haven’t booked in with her yet, you are missing out!
Lourdes is amazing. Her hands clearly have seasoned knowledge and she has an in-depth understanding of the body. Definitely go see her - you'll be so happy you did!

I got a massage here because of knee pain while walking down a mountain. Jakub did an amazing job and really helped explain the root problem and did a specific massage targeted on the pain rather than a generic massage.
If you want high pressure and deep tissue.... don't go here. They are lovely people with nice facilities, but only good for light pressure
