Sent my father in law in for a massage for his birthday. My husband called multiple times to try and pay before hand. He was directed to text the number. No answer and no clear line of communication. I decided to take cash up but the door was locked as service had already started. His massage was supposed to be 60 min but was only 40 as she started 10 minutes late and then ended 10 minutes early. Very disappointed as this was a gift.
