I go to the women's classes.. Friendly staff free water. Always greet me with a smile. Good fun.
Deb provides an amazing remedial massage in a comfortable environment. She listens to your concerns, assesses your body and works her magic. Off the table Deb provides her knowledge and experience through suggested stretches, and ways to relieve your aches and pains. She also offers FINCH therapy which not only helped my pain but increased my awareness of how I treat my body and how to treat it better. Besides all of that Deb is an amazing, positive, caring and fun person - what more could you want!
I have been to massage and beauty spas up and down the coast for years and Deb is one of if not the best I have had a treatment from, extremely professional and has a beautiful relaxing set up and gives an amazing massage. After the massage I felt like I was floating on air and was even served a lemon myrtle tea and a cute plate of little nibbles I was very impressed and have been wanting to go back ever since. Highly recommended!!
