During all of our encounters with Bob Derber his behavior was chauvinistic rude and appalling. He excepted our money, promised to be of assistance and failed us. He failed to inform us that the late fees we were being charged we're not only excessive but we should not have paid them, instead advised us to pay these excessive fees, took our money and dropped his representation of us when it really mattered most.
