My initial impression of Ben Summit was that he did not respond very well in resolving conflict. This was because he was slow to respond. However, after having an extended discussion with him (He represents my brother, and I am acting as my own attorney) we had a good discussion of the facts. He was reasonable and easy to talk to. In fact he reminded me of the better Judges I interfaced with in several suits.
