SH doesn't provide services it says. I was there 3 months b/f moving a truthful AL. NO laundry, bathing, wellness checks provided to me. They ignored me once I went to them to let them know of lack of services. They got defensive and blaming instead of getting services done. A client died not getting the services. — feeling annoyed.
I have been working at summit hill since May and absolutely love it here. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The residents in the building are great and very friendly to everyone they meet. Such a beautiful building both inside and out.
