I made the trip to Summit Hill Gardens from Dallas, and I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and beautiful surroundings. Directions were spot-on, and check-in was a breeze. The Cottage is charming and comfortable, decorated by the careful hand of Patsy, the owner, an artist with great imagination and wonderfully eclectic taste. Beautiful venue for any event, as well as an amazing soap shop. Very reasonably priced! We will be using the Airbnb next time we are in town. :)
My boyfriend and I visited Summit Hill Gardens from Iowa as the venue for his family reunion. The venue was beautiful…but the soap shop changed my life. I’m not exaggerating. I bought two bars of soap, a shampoo bar and body bar, and within two weeks threw away every bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash I own. Her soap makes your skin feel AMAZING.
