Called to ask me to come in earlier than my appt, made me sit and wait for over an hour in the room. Very unprofessional. Just looking to bill a copay as many times as possible.
Dax Trujillo MD is a not someone I would recommend. I waited over a year and half for further treatment shots to my back. After finally having to complain to summit health's patient advocate he decided that the shot treatment was not going to work anyway. Seriously what the heck I wasted a year and half believing his support team. To try to CYA he actually tried to make up that I refused treatment from another doctor that I had never seen. I went to see Dr Trujillo at the recommendation of my primary care Doctor at the pain clinic. The nursing assistant s were great. Dr Trujillo was so rude and abrupt I was stunned. I wanted to cry. I had good reasons for wanting to see him and great hopes for weaning off meds and finding other ways to cope with pain. O M G, he came into the room checked my reflexes then treated me as if I were a junkie going from doctor to doctor. Not even close to the truth.
