I enrolled in this so called help shed some debt. I was never provided any information about the program just that I would pay a certain amount and essentially the rest of my balance would be paid. They had me sign a contract before I actually knew any other details so they can steal your money from underneath you. They had my file for 2 weeks if that and when I asked for a refund because I knew nothing. All they kept saying was I’m not eligible. The rep I spoke with was so rude and nasty.
