I guess they are OK for big orders. I went in and talked to a lady at there counter and asked if they would make the oak wood for the bed of my antique truck I had all the measurements and she told me to find someone else they were to busy to have time for me. So I went to one of there competitors and they were happy to take my order. I like to deal local with nice people to buy from
