I'm so glad I had Daniel as my Loan officer. He was able to work quickly when we had a time crunch on our first offer on a house and made sure to explain everything during the fast paced process. When our offer was accepted , he walked me through each step of the process and always communicated with me. He also took the time to explain things to me multiple times until I understood it. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole lending process was and that's thanks to Daniel.

Charlye at Summit Funding is absolutly amazing to work with. She is in it for the long run with her clients.
