John called me to do business, ran my credit which i don't like to do because it dings my credit score, then became unresponsive. wrote me a second time wanting to run my credit again after a month of nothing. then i have to talk through Blanca who just says he is in meetings and on vacation. this company should be called Summit Disappointment. I had a much better experience through the Douglas Blvd. Branch, Dave Mahoney and Jasmin Folk.
Got a call from his office to discuss a refi. I set up an appointment, we refused to run credit, he said he would call us back with some options the next day...no call. I gave it a few days, still no call. I emailed and received a reply from Jen stating that she would ask him to get the proposal to us. We waited 3 days, nothing. Glad I didn't let him run my credit. What a disappointment. Guess I'll move on to a company that wants our business.
