We had already gone through the process of getting a loan, with 2 other lenders, only to have minor issues that prevented us from moving forward. Chet at Summit Funding was recommended by our Realtor. We did not have much hope for a different outcome, but Chet looked at the whole situation and with some creativity, it ended up better than we expected. We are in our new home and forever grateful for the help we received from Summit.
