this company AR is terrible. ruled and harassments to client. our company to mail the check to pay. we mailed 2 weeks before due day, for some reason, USPS didn't delivery on time. they charged late fee with out any notice and said client have to respond to delivery on time. even IRS refer to postage date. Also, if there is credit in your account, they won't notice to until you find out by yourself and ask. we already consider withdraw from their service
This company is impossible to deal with. they Never return your phone calls. Buy a unit off lease in June of 2022 and paid for it. but they are still billing me our lease payments?????
