Summit Funding provided an amazingly fun and easy process throughout my entire home buying experience. I was never worried that they couldn't get the job done (unlike some of the internet mortgage companies) and they gave me just as good of a rate. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Staff was also very responsive at ALL times throughout the week which was a huge plus.
This is my second home I bought and the second borrower that I have used. They are not terrible, but sure like to let you down often. Website is hard to use and cannot add secondary phone numbers. Meaning every time I call in I cannot use their automated service and it takes an extra 5 - 10 mins to work. Cannot set up email notifications of new statements or other alerts.
