If you’re considering a dental assisting program, please do yourself a favor and choose another one. My experience at Summit Dental Academy was extremely disappointing. The founder is one of the most ignorant people I have ever encountered. I had an amazing experience at Summit Dental Academy! The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping every student succeed. The program provided plenty of hands-on training, which gave me the confidence and skills I needed to begin my career as a dental assistant. I have really enjoyed learning at Summit Dental Academy. The instructors have been patient, supportive, and have helped me build my confidence every step of the way. I have learned so many valuable dental assisting skills through both classroom instruction and hands-on training. I truly recommend Summit Dental Academy to anyone interested in becoming a dental assistant because it has been a great learning experience, and I am grateful for everything I have learned.

I deeply regret enrolling in the Dental Assisting Program at Summit Dental Academy. In my experience, the quality of instruction did not meet my expectations. Most class sessions consisted primarily of reading printed handouts while the instructor presented slides containing essentially the same information. There was very little additional explanation, demonstration, discussion, or hands-on teaching. I found myself studying independently for 4–5 hours every day in order to pass the exams. I am a foreign general dentist and Summit dental academy helped me a lot to familiarize myself with the way of working in the USA, they have two courses, Spanish and English, my main language is Spanish and I took it as a challenge to choose the course in English and the truth is that I do not regret it because it has helped me a thousand time! I thank the entire Summit dental academy team for everything taught. They provide you with a huge opportunity to work in a dental office in the United States. They’re the best !
