Jesse at the corporate office was extremely helpful in assisting with loan change and cd maturity. He was very friendly.
Do not fill out an online application for a checking account. Three days later and no contact. I just moved from out of state and after some research I thought this was the one credit union to bring my family to but it's not.
Summit Credit Union has been one of the most unprofessional and discriminatory financial institutions I’ve dealt with. I applied for a loan and was denied based on outdated and incorrect information from ChexSystems, despite having proof that the account in question had been resolved and updated. I provided documentation and followed up with staff. When I requested their internal grievance procedure, I was completely stonewalled. No paperwork, no process, no follow-up.
