Really poor customer service from entire staff. Do not recommend!
I been with summit for oven 10 years and this bank was ok till now if I could give them - start I will they will not protect they’re customers do not bank with them believe me they don’t care about their customers at all worst bank in Wisconsin
So, I found out something today that really bugs me, and honestly, I probably should've known: these banks are just in it for the money. I've been with them for 15 years. I was late on a payment, which, let's be real, I usually am, but Summit always calls me up and says, "Hey, you gotta make a payment," and I just do it right then.
