My husband & I tried to open a checking & savings account with Latosha E. Didn’t really interact with us, she didn’t bother to ask us other questions, she was very serious. & when we weren’t able to open an account didn’t give us any reason just to call a number. Felt rushed like she didn’t want to help us at all.
Useless. I am ashamed to admit how many times I have driven here to attempt to deposit money and not been able to do so. They have an atm that accepts cash however they must have that feature turned off. Also the machine is broken and out of service regularly. The night deposit has no deposit slips and no deposit slips and no pens. Never does. So at 4.00 a gallon now I can drive here and then drive across town to another location and hope they will take my money. Ridiculous. I have transferred one loan to another lender as s... read more
