Excellent experience. Jesus first corresponded with me via email in a timely and professional manner. We had a very complex and stressful situation and he answered every one of my questions clearly. He also asked the higher ups when he didn't know the answer and reported back quickly. After a routine check deposit, I got an emailed feedback form. I filled it out, saying I was not happy with my credit card rate increase of last year. I got an email from Rachel, who volunteered to look into it for me and helped me get the rate reset to its previous, acceptable rate. So she kept a customer, and a happy one at that.

Having only every banked with larger institutions, I had always wanted to open up a credit union account and I am sure glad that I did. I had the opportunity to work with Rachel and not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented, I cannot recall a time I actually enjoyed being at a bank. She helped me through any questions that I had, made sure I was able to setup the app before I left, and was just a genuine person.
