Jessica Bretall has given top notch service to me. Recently I had a car accident it was tragic and frustrating but through it all Jessica always got back to my questions and made dealing with my previous loan and getting a new one a breeze. Recently, we found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of suspecting there was fraud on our accounts. What should we do first? We contacted Summit Credit Union and were able to receive help immediately from Sarah and Jessica, at the Mount Horeb branch. They were able to close our existing accounts promptly, as well as set up our new automatic payments and deposits. What a relief!!!
