I had minor issues with my car loan, and reset of my checking account, but I thank Aidan for calling me so we could work it out, and look into potential options within S.C.U. or elsewhere.
What happened to the regular drive up teller stations?! I make deposits for a person who can't go to the bank by themselves. I am forced to go inside the bank instead of using the drive-thru because it requires a card to use the drive-thru. These new automated teller stations aren't very user friendly for people with disabilities either :(
I did not appreciate being asked "why did you get this cashier's check"
I asked for Old bills and they gave me two red seal two dollar bills which are worth $15 apiece and I got them for face value great place
