My husband and I each had large CDs invested here. Last year we had a CD from another institution mature. We were shopping around for the best rate. When we spoke with one of the bankers at Summit it was obvious he couldn't be bothered to work with us. He didn't even bother to ask our names. If he had he'd have seen how much we already had invested with them. I hate money and talking about it. The people here somehow make me comfortable doing so, they're super kind and very helpful. 9 months working on my credit did what 10 years at other banks didn't even discuss. Love these people!
Summit has never failed me as a member. I was in a bad place financially and summit helped me get out of debt and coach me on budgeting etc. Life is good now
