Lauren is the branch manager and she will do anything to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We have transitioned all of our accounts to this branch because of Lauren and her team. We drive almost 30 minutes just to use this particular branch. Go talk to Lauren, you won’t be disappointed!
Customer service was above excellent. Cashier handle rude customer with perfection and a smile.
It want be long before we have all of our accounts with Miss Courtney! Every question was answered and the answer that we wanted to hear was given to us! Our experience was the best one that we have ever had with a bank. I was truly impressed. Thinking that I would get the run around like always. But the total opposite happened.
