Not sure what is going on with this location but the last 2 times I have came through the drive through they have told me they will be with me in a moment and both times it has been over 20 minutes. I understand they are busy helping someone inside or finishing something else up but they really should clarify an approximate length of time it will be that I will be waiting.
This Branch is my absolute favorite. Summit as a whole has great things to offer. Although my home branch stands out the most to me. Mason, Dawn, Vince, Bob and a few more I dont know the names of, are people that have helped me expeditiously with anything from a home loan, credit cards, grants, bank statements for my business during tax time. You name it. Always friendly, fast and helpful.
