I was involved in a hit and run accident. Not only was that alone overwhelming, but so was the financial end. Summit Union was so helpful with kudos going to Jenny Bowman. she was there every step of the way from closing my loan with my totaled car right down to helping me get another vehicle. And when she wasn’t available Kevin ( don’t remember his last name sorry. ) stepped in and took the wheel. Keep up the great work and exceptional customer service! It did not go unoticed!

I have been with Summit Credit Union for over a decade. I was with a different Credit Union and had numerous issues and my Dad suggested Summit. I could not be happier. Get a loan from anywhere else. The loan officer that spoke with my husband sounded like he hated his job, didn't want to work or put in any effort, approved us for over 75k less than 3 other banks/credit unions approved us for. They asked for way less information than any other place.
