Extremely Disappointing Branch Experience I recently visited the branch to obtain a certified bank check and was genuinely taken aback by the dismissive and unprofessional behavior of the teller. When I approached the desk, gave them my details and explained what I needed, the teller abruptly handed back my ID and account information and told me to “go fill out this deposit slip,” as if I were inconveniencing them by asking them to perform a basic function of THEIR job.
