As far as customer service it's better once you get in the place. The front door check-in process after the metal detectors is messy. Needless to say the lady how to take a call while I was waiting with my 2-year-old.
I suggest you always go in person. You will get in and out. If you try by phone you will sit on hold for hours upon hours.
Well They told me earlier Today that I should have been something on my snap card Tomorrow well I don’t know yet because I just completed the interview and when I check my balance it doesn’t say what will be on The Card so I’m a little worried that if it isn’t what was promised and I did that entire interview I’m going off.
