Spent an hour on hold. They did not answer the phone. Typical ohio. If you can't answer 1 call per hour you should be replaced. You need employees that can answer a phone. Pathetic

SNAP was discontinued even though I sent the required documents. Called to speak to my case worker and was told I would receive a call back in 12 HOURS WHAT THE HELL????

I was on hold for 40 minutes and once someone picked up the phone asked me basic information than proceeded to put me back on hold without telling me and nobody picked it back up so I had to call the next day service is very poor

Would leave 0 stars if I could !!! They never answer the phone !!!! You wait for 2 days to finally get a call back and when you do they hang up … how lazy can yall be

I called at 8:46am and was told that my hold time was 185 minutes. I asked to receive a call back when it was my turn and they called me back at noon, I've been on hold for 35 minutes and that was after waiting for a call back for 3 hours.
