Staff was helpful, professional. No problems.
Worst people they have working for this place. You get nowhere, you get a nasty attitude and they dont what to do their job. THIS PLACE NEEDS A FULL SWEEP OF NEW EMPLOYEES. They have a 2.4 star rating for a reason.
ZERO stars. Just because employees deal with ignorant or crappy people does not mean we have to be snapped at for absolutely no reason and disrespected. A phone APPOINTMENT and had put on hold for 20 plus minutes. An appointment is an appointment. Those ohio summit county employees are unprofessional and condescending. We had our ducks in a row and did every step as necessary. Same goes for temporary medicaid. Unacceptable. We pay our taxes into this for temporary circumstances as such, and this is what we get.
