If I could give them zero stars I would. They need to fire 90% of the staff. It should not take 3 to 4 months to process a redetermination. but because nobody ever calls you back when you queue your place in line and because when people finally do call you back two years later, they like to hang up on you, because they don’t even understand kindergarten language breakdown of pay stubs. At this point I wanna put zero stars on here. I’m from Cleveland and I’ve been there almost all my life. I’ve never had to wait over 10min on a call or 24hr for a call back. They don’t play about that. Why is it that in this little bitty city (I haven’t been here a year yet) that it’s taking 2 weeks for a call back???? Do you all need help? There phone service sucks they need more case worker like right now been wighting to get my snap benefits back its a joke I have to go to food pantry every 2 weeks because I am running out of food 2 people can not live on food that pantry give out I am thank full they are here when I need them
