I moved here for work purposes. My mistake was NOT checking the reviews. July 2, 2019 My apartment was broken into (I suspect it was maintenance). A small amount of money was taken. The sliding door screen was broken. The hvac door was damaged. Some keys were taken and trash all over the floor. I reached out to the management office and Alyssa suggested that I make a police report. Which I did. $230 of my security deposit was kept because of the damaged hvac door that I did not do. RecommendedMy fiance and I lived at Woodmere for a year and had a great experience. It was a good apartment complex for our first apartment together. Very affordable! The amenities were awesome. They planned events all the time. Utilities were a fixed rate which is a m a z i n g. We had minor problems here and there, but management always responded quickly. My husband and I lived in S building which is in the back of the complex by Old Line Road. First grievance was the noise at insane hours and Im only 29 years old. Second, people didn't put their dogs on leashes. My Yorkie was attacked on one occasion and while walking to my car a dog jumped on me getting my freshly washed coat muddy. Finally, the laundry rooms aren't safe and look like dungeons!

Hello! I was having a problem with a serious mistake that the online rent services had made on my account. It is difficult for me to try to talk to them by phone as it is so difficult to make oneself clear when talking with such people. So, I walked to the Rental Office and JANE spent at least thirty minutes dealing with different ones at that agency by phone. I left the office feeling that she had made everything clear to them.
