Fui a 5 estaciones distinta y en ninguna me dejó sacar la bicicleta, la app mostraba que estaba abierto pero cuando ya escaneas el código QR dice que “ No es posible porque está cerrado” según dice que es 24/7

I have tried to rent bikes in 2 different locations in Park City 2 different times. The first time I tried using the kiosk that didn’t work, then downloaded the app. After trying and failing to enter my cc, I called the company and was informed that the payment system was being changed so no bikes could be rented. A sign may have been helpful! I just tried renting again and was finally able to enter my cc since the kiosk is still broken. No way to check if a bike is in maintenance mode unless you try to rent it and get an unrelated error message like "invalid state." At one time all 7 bikes at a station were in maintenance mode. Another time half of all bikes at a station had broken chains. At least it's quick to reach customer service via phone.

Kiosk didn't work at two different places. Ughhh. Ruined our evening plans too. When we called customer service they responded after 45min. but were difficult to understand. Would not try to use their services again. I rarely write a negative review about any business, but this one deserves it.

The kiosk failed to set up and accept payment (15 minutes wasted). The app allowed payment for a 30 day unlimited pass but none of the bikes would unlock at the Kimball Junction station (15 minutes wasted). We went to another station and there were 4 other people trying to unlock bikes unsuccessfully. Finally found a bike and went for a recreational ride.
