Vilma, Mauricio, Stephanie, Heather and Zack always go above and beyond for us. Personalized service, they know our names and we know them. Many of them have been with Summit for decades. They've printed extra statements because we lost some. They've printed proof that cashier's checks were cashed. They've cancelled cashier's checks. They've helped us with international wire transfers. There's nothing they can't do.
Mauricio, Vilma and Stephanie are awesome!!!
used to be my favorite bank a year ago. Great manager and great staff, but now I noticed two managers already in less than 6 months.
