Horrible to work with. At first they were great. Easy approach and easy to use app. Now I get belittled all day long for partial payments which was never an issue before but all of a sudden when I’m out of work and trying to get back on my feet is an issue. Payments are being made and processed so to be a paying customer and treated like a dog. How someone can work in customer service and talk like they do is unbelievable and unacceptable.
