I had Nate as my representative and throughout the entire process he was professional, kind, and funny. I’ll be honest, I was nervous because I never had to deal with debt collectors before but he had made the process very easy! On our last call, today, I had let him know that I wanted to leave a review for him since I thought he was awesome. Luckily, I was able to pay off my debt in 3 months rather than 6!
