Janesville employee had horrible communication and general business practices. Employee treated my husband like he was a burden the entire process, didn’t follow up and wasn’t clear of what was needed to complete taxes. Employees don’t answer the phones and refused request to speak with management. My husband was told 2 days before tax deadline they were not going to file them and to come pick up his stuff.
