My mother had been in a long-term care facility with dementia for the past three years in Burnaby. At the same time, my father was having difficulty maintaining the family home by himself - also in Burnaby. And I, their son, live in Summerland. this place is great. the staff is great. managers are fantastic general manager is super involved and cares so much. my dad loves his new home. we can’t say enough good things. absolute breath of fresh air to know my dad is safe and well taken care of. thank you so so much to the leaders and their staff. you all deserve a thank you for all you do.
I’m the youngest tenant here, and wanted to say thank you to Harley and the team here for providing such a warm and friendly new home. Service is fantastic. My kids love Rosanna and Laurie. Clean and comfortable, housekeeping does a great job. Dog friendly is SUCH a great option. Thank you SSV.
Oct 8, 2024 Thank-you to all staff of Summerland Seniors Village for their person centred approach from care, to the recreation social events, the food, cleaning staff and the front desk which makes your visit and the residents questions always a priority. 1. Care Staff are Kind and Efficient also promote person centered care about our loved one. 2. The staff at SSV are amazing, incredible, and most importantly, they are kind. They were so helpful when we needed to move my mom in quickly, and have really helped set my mom up for success. I would 100% recommend SSV.
