I was interviewed for a weekend reception job. I spent about 30 minutes with the Community Relations person (Sarah) who took me on a tour and introduced me to a few people. One of whom was the Executive Director. While we were in the hallway, a person who l assume was the Recreation Director ( she said she had 3 different jobs in a year) was passing and we exchanged a quick conversation. I couldn't disagree more than the (1) star review left. My mom has been in Memory Care since September 2016 and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. She is observed very carefully, we are notified of any changes in medications the psychiatrist recommends, she is relatively active and social, has wonderful meals that are well-balanced and healthy. I could go on and on all of Summer-hills very positive qualities. I highly recommend this facility. I know my mother is getting excellent care.
